1. No Refunds- a) All sales are final. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Without limitation, no refund will be given for: change of mind; personal, travel, or visa circumstances; illness or inability to attend; dissatisfaction with the lineup, schedule, weather during the Event, or any aspect of the Event experience; late arrival or early departure; refusal of entry or removal from the Event under these Terms; lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets or wristbands; or failure to meet entry requirements (including age and ID).
- b) Sole exception — Event cancellation. The only circumstance in which a refund will be issued is cancellation of the Event without rescheduled dates — whether cancelled by the Organizer or due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (see Section 15, Force Majeure). In that case you will receive a refund of the ticket face value to your original payment method. Booking fees and optional ticket protection premiums are non-refundable. No further compensation — including travel, accommodation, or any other costs — will be provided.
- c) Rescheduling. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new dates and no refund is due. If you cannot attend the new dates, you may transfer your ticket under Section 5.
- d) Changes to the Event. The lineup, artists, set times, site layout, and program are subject to change at any time without notice. Advertised artists are not the contractual basis of your purchase; changes or cancellations of individual performances do not entitle you to a refund.
- e) Chargebacks. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback that is resolved in our favor, or that contradicts these Terms, we may cancel the associated ticket(s) and refuse future sales, and you remain liable for the ticket price and reasonable dispute costs to the extent permitted by law.
2. Ticket Protection Optional ticket protection may be offered at checkout by a third-party provider. If purchased, that product’s own terms govern its coverage; it is separate from these Terms and from our Refund Policy.
3. Ticket Transfers Tickets are transferable to another person free of charge for a fee via the official process. The recipient must meet all entry requirements, including the 18+ minimum age, and accepts these Terms. Transfers outside the official process are at your own risk.
4. Resale Prohibition Tickets are sold for personal use only. Commercial resale, resale above face value, use of tickets for promotions, competitions, or hospitality packages without our prior written consent is prohibited. We may cancel, without refund, any ticket sold or offered in breach of this Section, and refuse entry to its holder.
5. Entry Requirements• Age: The Event is strictly 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket holder is required. No ID, no entry, no refund.
• Ticket & wristband: One ticket admits one person. Wristbands must be worn at all times; tampered or removed wristbands are void.
• Fitness for entry: We may refuse entry to any person who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or unable to care for their own safety — without refund.
6. Security & Searches As a condition of entry, you consent to security screening, including bag searches and pat-downs, at entry and within the Event site. Refusal to submit to screening will result in refusal of entry or removal, without refund. Confiscated prohibited items will not be returned or compensated.
7. Prohibited Items & Conduct Prohibited items include, without limitation: outside food and beverages; glass; illegal substances; weapons of any kind; pyrotechnics; drones; professional cameras, and audio/video recording equipment; laser pointers; and any item we reasonably deem dangerous. Prohibited conduct includes violence, harassment, discrimination, theft, damage to the site or the natural environment, unauthorized vending or promotion, and climbing on structures or terrain features. Breach may result in removal without refund and, where applicable, referral to authorities.
8. Right of Admission & Removal Admission is at the Organizer’s discretion. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any person who breaches these Terms, endangers safety, or disrupts the Event — without refund and without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Assumption of Risk The Event takes place in an outdoor desert environment with natural terrain. By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks of such an environment and of a live music event, including: high daytime temperatures and low nighttime temperatures; uneven natural terrain, rock, and sand; large crowds; loud sound levels that may damage hearing and strobe, laser, and other lighting effects that may affect photosensitive individuals. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to attend, staying hydrated, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, and following all safety instructions from Event staff. Guests with medical conditions attend at their own risk and should carry necessary medication.
10. Health, Safety & Medical Medical assistance is available on site. You must comply with all safety instructions from Event staff, security, and emergency services. We may pause, alter, or evacuate the Event where required for safety; such measures do not entitle you to a refund except where Section 3(b) applies.
11. Liability a) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
b) Subject to (a), the Organizer is not liable for: loss, theft of, or damage to personal belongings; indirect or consequential losses, including travel and accommodation costs; or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
c) Subject to (a), our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your ticket and attendance is limited to the face value of your ticket(s).
d) Vehicles and belongings are brought to the site and shuttle services at your own risk, save for our negligence.
12. Photography & Recording The Event will be photographed and filmed. By entering the Event site, you consent to being included in photographs, video, and audio recordings, and to their use by the Organizer and its partners for documentation and promotion in any media, without compensation. If you object to a specific published image of yourself, contact us and we will review reasonable removal requests.
13. Force Majeure We are not in breach of these Terms and are not liable for delay, alteration, rescheduling, or cancellation of the Event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, epidemics, government or regulatory action, security situations, strikes, or failure of suppliers or utilities. If such circumstances cause cancellation of the Event without rescheduled dates, our sole obligation is the refund described in Section 3(b).
14. VIP Reservations VIP table and booth reservations are made via WhatsApp (+20 122 822 0601) or email and may require a minimum spend and/or advance payment, with specific terms communicated at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the Event; late cancellation or no-show forfeits any advance payment. VIP reservations are otherwise subject to these Terms, including Section 3.
15. Website Use & Intellectual Property All Website and Event content is owned by the Organizer or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit it without written consent. You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, deploy bots or scrapers, or transmit harmful code.
16. Personal Data Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy at khoroumvalley.com/en/privacy.
17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase; changes apply to future purchases and to Website use from the date of posting. For Event-safety rules (Sections 7–12), the version in force on the Event dates applies, and material changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
18. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intent.
19. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the Event and supersede prior communications. No verbal statement by staff or promoters varies these Terms.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, unless mandatory consumer law grants you the courts of your country of residence.
